Wisdom Trading, LLC is a registered Introducing Broker (IB) with the National Futures Association (NFA) and regulated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).
We provide access to futures and commodity markets through partnerships with registered Futures Commission Merchants (FCMs), including R.J. O’Brien, StoneX, and Phillip Capital.
We do not act as a Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA) or Commodity Pool Operator (CPO), and we do not collect management, incentive, or performance-based fees.
3. Eligibility

Trading accounts introduced through Wisdom Trading are opened directly with our clearing partners (R.J. O’Brien, StoneX, or Phillip Capital).
Your trading relationship, funds, and margin are maintained at the clearing FCM, subject to its own account agreements and terms.
Wisdom Trading acts solely as an Introducing Broker, providing support, systems access, and professional execution oversight.
All orders are executed on a commission-only basis — Wisdom Trading does not charge management or performance fees.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, downloads, and design elements — are the intellectual property of Wisdom Trading or its licensors and are protected under U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, modify, or transmit any part of this Site without prior written consent from Wisdom Trading.
7. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You may not:
